By downloading, installing, or playing Word Cryptogram, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Word Cryptogram on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app.
The app offers optional purchases, including a one-time "Remove Ads" upgrade and in-game coins earned or purchased for use inside the app.
Play fair. Don't attempt to hack, exploit, or interfere with the app's ad or payment systems, or use automated tools to farm coins or hints.
The app's code, design, artwork, and the specific puzzle content we've assembled are owned by Pumera T&A. Quotes shown in puzzles are drawn from widely circulated public sayings and are attributed to the best of our knowledge; if you believe an attribution is incorrect, let us know and we'll review it.
The app uses Google AdMob for advertising and Google Play Billing for purchases. Your use of those services is also governed by Google's own terms.
The app is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. We may fix, change, or remove features over time.
To the extent permitted by law, Pumera T&A isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of locally stored progress.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do — continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
